All our pieces are carefully prepared and dispatched from our studio in Lagos, with standard processing taking 3-12 working days (depending on items purchased). Certain products could require additional 1-2 business days.
For deliveries within Nigeria, your order typically arrives within 2–5 working days, and all orders sent from Lagos include a tracking number for your convenience.
For international orders, processing also takes 3-12 working days (depending on items purchased), followed by an additional 2–5 working days for delivery. Please ensure your address is complete and accurate, as our logistics partners do not deliver to P.O. boxes. Kindly note that customs clearance fees and any delays caused by your country’s customs regulations are beyond our control.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and vary depending on your delivery destination. If your order has not arrived within 10 working days, please contact us. Our logistics partners will assist in tracking your package, and you may also reach out directly to your local delivery agent using the tracking number provided in your confirmation message.
If we do not hear from you within 7 business days of delivery regarding any concerns with your order, we will assume your items have been received in perfect condition.
